Field Technician

As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, Repairing, and Upgrading Customer Equipment at the Home and at Network Sites
  • Working on Fiber Optic Cables and Equipment
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting Customer Premise Equipment
  • Terminating CATV Ethernet Cables with RJ-45 Connectors
  • Maintaining Inventory of Necessary Materials and Tools for Company Vehicle
  • Safely Using Ladders, Working on Roofs, and Using Power Tools
  • Mounting Equipment on Roofs, Drilling Holes Accurately Through Exterior and Interior Walls, Running Cable Through Attics and Crawl Spaces

Applicants Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Be 22 Years of Age or Older
  • Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
  • Basic Computer and Troubleshooting Skills
  • General Physical Fitness and Ability to Work in the Outdoors in All Weather Conditions, and Lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Have Professional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Have Familiarity with Electronics and the Ability to Learn New Technologies
  • Have the Ability to Follow Specific Dress Code and Maintain Professional Appearance

Preferred Applicant Qualities:

  • Networking Experience
  • Tower Climbing Experience
  • Construction Experience
  • Experience Working with Fiber Optics

Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Introductory Information
  • Creating Customer Accounts
  • Creating Tickets and Jobs
  • Processing Payments
  • Basic Technical Support
  • Ticket Review
  • Scheduling and Dispatching

Applicant Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Be 18 Years of Age or Older
  • Have Ability to Work with Other Departments to Find Solutions
  • Have 1-2 years in Customer Service is Recommended

Hours vary and may include some evenings and weekends. Work from home options may also be available for certain positions after initial training and reviews.
