As a small company, Aptitude Internet benefits from word-of-mouth to make our mission of delivering high speed internet access to our rural communities a success. As a way of showing our gratitude to satisfied customers who help spread awareness of our services, we have three ways you can earn bill credits for a free month of service:
1. Testimonials
We value all online reviews and especially appreciate it when you rate us 5 stars on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Yelp, but when you submit your glowing testimonial directly to us, we show our gratitude with a free month of service!
Submitting a testimonial is easy! Simply write a few sentences (50-100 words is perfect) sharing your excellent experience with Aptitude. This can be about anything from the quality, reliability, and speed of your service to your interactions with our friendly Customer Care Team or our expert and efficient Install & Repair Technicians.
Then, attach your favorite headshot and email to marketing@aptitudeinternet.com. See an example of our website testimonials in the image below. You can also see our other customers’ testimonials at the bottom of our homepage.
By submitting a testimonial, you agree to allow us to use the photo you send, along with your written review, for marketing, advertising, or other related business purposes. We currently use testimonials on a carousel display on our website and on canvas prints that decorate our offices.
We may edit the text of some testimonials for clarity or brevity (we do this to keep the visual appearance of testimonials consistent), but we will do our best not to alter the sentiment you express.
If we choose to use the testimonial you submit, your account will be credited with the value of your monthly subscription price at the time you submit!
2. “Ask Me About My Internet” Yard Sign
One of our favorite forms of printed advertisement is the good old fashioned yard sign. Like the “Coming Soon” signs you may see pop up along roadsides and intersections when we are constructing a new portion of our network in your area, our “Ask Me About My Internet” yard signs are professionally designed, 18”x24” printed vinyl that help us spread the word.
If you’d like to have our conversation-starting yard sign at your residence, all you need to do is send an email to marketing@aptitudeinternet.com.
Someone from our Marketing department will return your message and arrange a time to meet with you and pick the best location. Or, if it is more convenient for your schedule, simply send us a picture of the location where you prefer the sign to be located and we will do the rest.
We ask that you keep the sign up for at least 90 days but hope you will keep it up for as long as you are satisfied with your service. If at any time after 90 days you choose to take the sign down, please let us know and we will come to pick it up.
3. Referral
Our referral program is by far the easiest and most rewarding, with the opportunity to earn a free month for yourself and the person you refer to us. Help us expand our network by telling your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors about us.
If they sign up for service, you will both receive a bill credit in the amount of your current monthly subscriptions.
To receive credit for a referral, please make sure they let us know you referred them when signing up.
